Mike brings to the group 20 years experience in owning and running small business. Married with 3 children, Mike has lived in Rodney for 26 years.
His life in technology started with 286 computers back in the early 90’s.
He imported and sold lighting for several years, began his own lighting shop in Warkworth and sold it 3 years later prior to moving to Whangaparaoa.
He then sought to move into the still burgeoning technology industry and decided to further qualify himself, graduating from computer power training institute in 1999.
Mike worked in technology support for CarterHolt Harvey for 18 months before going out on his own and beginning technology support for SME businesses in Rodney in 2002.
Being a local, Mike understands the workings of Rodney, and being a people person, he has been able to break down barriers by communicating computing in English. He joined the Horizon Pacific Group because of the one stop shop approach to technology and the benefits he could see to his already existing client base.
